Live hours only
Hours = total minutes of live transcription across your event window.
Pause = no charge
Hit pause between sessions, during lunch, or for breaks. We don't bill paused time.
Soft viewer cap
Viewer counts are sizing guidance, not a billing meter. Go a bit over and we won't cut you off.
One event per package
Unused hours don't roll over. Keeps the model simple — buy a package per event.

Running parallel tracks?
Add concurrent rooms to any Half-Day, Full-Day, or Conference package. Each additional track is a flat per-room fee that scales with the package you choose. See the table below for exact prices on Standard and Community tiers.

Total translation cost = price × languages × rooms. For example, a Full-Day Standard with 2 languages across 3 rooms adds €29 × 2 × 3 = €174 on top of the base package.

Frequently asked questions
How are hours counted?
Hours are total minutes of live transcription across your event window. Pause between sessions and we don't bill the paused time — only what you actually transcribe counts.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Each package is per-event to keep the model simple. If you finish early, the remaining hours are not carried to a future event.
What about the viewer cap?
Viewer counts are a soft cap — sizing guidance, not a billing meter. We won't cut you off if you go a little over, but pick a package that fits your expected audience so we can keep streams smooth.
Who qualifies for community pricing?
Community pricing is available for registered non-profits, community groups, open-source projects, and educational institutions.
Can I run parallel tracks or rooms?
Yes — Half-Day and above support the multi-track add-on. Each additional concurrent track is a flat per-room fee (from €25 to €129 depending on the package). Need more than 4 rooms? Get in touch.
