When you purchase a package, you receive credits that can be used for one event. Credits include a set duration (hours of transcription) and a viewer limit. Once allocated to an event, credits cannot be transferred.
What happens if I run out of time during an event?
You can purchase additional credits at any time. We'll notify you when you're running low so you have time to top up before your event ends.
Who qualifies for community pricing?
Community pricing is available for registered non-profits, community groups, open-source projects, educational institutions, and volunteer-run events. Contact us with proof of status to get verified.
Can I use credits across multiple events?
Each credit package is for a single event. If you run multiple events, you'll need to purchase a package for each one. This keeps pricing simple and transparent.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Once allocated to an event, they're used for that event regardless of whether you use the full duration.
